The Buddha gave three levels of teachings for different types of people: Theravada, or Lesser Vehicle, Mahayana, also called the Great Vehicle, and Vajrayana, which literally means “The Diamond Way”. The Vajrayana teachings are for those who do not see the Buddha as an external deity or force, but rather as a mirror of their own mind.

Buddhism of the Diamond Way or Vajrayana is based on practical and solid methods, with an accessible and modern style which makes it possible to develop the inherent qualities of the spirit, in particular by working on the confidence and the desire of each one, by using each situation in life to develop joy and fearlessness.

Diamond Path Buddhist centers are places open to anyone interested in developing the mind through a Western and secular approach without needing to understand Tibetan language or culture. The meditations and the names of the different Buddhist forms have been translated into our language, with an open style, corresponding to our culture.
