Meditations and teachings are given regularly at the center.
From a Buddhist point of view, to meditate means “to remain effortlessly in what is”. One can achieve this state by calming and holding one’s mind in one point, realizing compassion and wisdom, or working with the body’s subtle energy system and focusing on Buddha forms of energy and light.
The most effective method is identification with one’s own Buddha-nature, a method taught in the Diamond Way. When the unity between the experiencer, the experienced and the act of experiencing is maintained – during meditation and between meditations – then the Great Seal (“Mahamudra” in Sanskrit) is achieved.
Teaching weekends are organized once every 2 months. The teachers, lay volunteers come from different parts of the world, they were selected by Lama Ole Nydhal according to their practical experience of Diamond Way Buddhism.
