Lectures and meditation weekend with Peter Nielsen in Paris and Marseilles

Peter Nielsen is a student of Lama Ole Nydahl. He took refuge with Lama Ole in 1998. Since 2005 he functions as a travel teacher and has been teaching Buddhism in many places throughout Europe and Russia. Peter comes from Denmark, is 52 years old, married, works for an EU-programme, and lives in Kiel, Germany, since 2010.

Lectures and meditation Weekend by Wojtek Tracewski from 24th through to 26th January 2020 in Paris Diamond Way Buddhist Centre.

Wojtek Tracewski, born in 1962, graduated from the Art Academy of Warsaw and for several years was a painter. He took refuge with Lama Ole Nydahl in 1980, and in 1988 he started to translate Lama Ole’s lectures and books.  At the request of Lama Ole, he began giving lectures in 1992. He is currently the editor-in-chief of the Polish Buddhist magazine “Diamond Way.”–

 

 

Program : 

– Friday 24 (20:30): Buddhism in everyday life.
– Saturday 25 (20:30): Using our methods toe remove disturbing emotions and appearing obstacles on the way
– Sunday 26 (14:00) : Meditation (especially XVI Karmapa meditation).

 

 

 

 

The Centre will close 23 Dec 2019-5 Jan 2020

The Paris Diamond Way Buddhist Centre will close for Christmas break from the 23th of December through to the 5th of January.

Lectures and meditations by Olga and Wolfgang Mangler in Paris, Bordeaux and Toulouse

Dear Friends,

Olga and Wolfgang Mangler, Diamond Way Buddhism international teachers granted by Lama Ole Nydhal are giving a cycle of conferences and guided meditations from 13th to 15th of Decmber in the Diamond Way Buddhist Centre in Paris, then in Bordeaux 16-17 December and Toulouse 18-19 Dec. 

Olga and Wolf Mangler are students of Lama Ole and are authorized from him to teaching in Diamondway, managing their respective jobs beside. Both are travelling together with Lama Ole,  if they are not as usually on the way they live in the Europe Center to supporting the activity.

Saturday 20:30 “Sangha, the Buddhist Community”
 
Sunday 15:00 “Buddha and Love : Love & Partnership”
 
Fee  participation: 1 conf 8 Euros, full weekend 20 Euros, lower prices for unemployed and pensioners.

Opening hours of the Center : new schedule from September 2019

From the beginning of September, the Center is open as following :

  • on Monday, opening and explanations from 7:30 PM then meditation at 8:00 PM.
  • on Wednesday, as usual : opening and explanations from 8PM then meditation at 8:30 PM

We wish you an Happy New Year!

We are delighted to announce our next event : Jan Noutsos, International Travel Teacher and Lama Ole’s student,  is coming  in January to give lectures and guided meditations.

Noutsos met Lama Ole Nydahl in Athens in 1997. He took Buddhist refuge there. Since then he co-runs an international retreat center ‘Karma Berchen Ling’ in South Greece. Noutsos began teaching Buddhism in 2005. He lives  in Athens, Greece.
