Meditation and lecture by Tasso Kallianiotis in Bordeaux

We are glad to invite you to join a one-off event on 28th June : Conference and Meditation session by Tasso Kallianiotis in Bordeaux. Kallianiotis is a Lama Ole Nydahl’s student and International Diamond Way Buddhism Teacher.To get more details please ask bordeaux@diamondway-center.orgTasso Kallianiotis has been a practicing Buddhist for over 30 years. He is a close student of lama Ole Nydahl with whom he took refuge in 1982. In 1993, he started organizing and overseeing the activities of the Diamond Way center in New York City and at Lama Ole’s request, began teaching and introducing people to the methods of the Diamond Way. Kallianiotis is actively involved in the organizational activity in the US, he resides in Connecticut, USA and works as an IT trainer and consultant.
Lecture in English with translation into French followed by a 16th Karmapa meditation guided by the teacher.

Mahamudra Course by Lama Ole Nydahl in Dhagpo 24-27 June 2017 Lama Ole Nydahl is one of the few Westerners fully qualified as a lama and meditation teacher in the Karma Kagyu Buddhist tradition. In 1969, Ole Nydahl and his wife Hannah became the first Western students of H.H. the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa. After completing three years of Buddhist philosophy studies and intensive meditation training – including the transmission for a unique Diamond Way Buddhist practice called Conscious Dying (in Tibetan, “Phowa”) – Ole Nydahl began teaching Buddhism in Europe at the request of the 16th Karmapa. Lama Ole has since transmitted the blessing of the lineage in a different city nearly every day, traveling and teaching worldwide. His depth of knowledge and dynamic teachings inspire thousands of people at his lectures and meditation retreats. Lama Ole has been a major driving force in bringing Buddhism to the West, and to date has established over 600 Diamond Way Buddhist centersin 44 countries around the world. His unique synthesis of modern style and ancient wisdom helped create the largest body of students practicing Diamond Way Buddhist methods in the West.

The 17th Karmapa in Karma Guen, Spain
The 17th Karmapa planned to visit Karma Guen Centre http://www.karmaguen.orgin the Diamond Way Centre of Lama Ole Nydahl, Malaga, Spain, 18-21 August. Lama Ole will be there as well.
The 17th Karmapa will visit other groups as :
- Karme Tempe Gyaltsen Centre – Stockholm, Sweden 25-29 July
- Mikyö Dorje Centre – Gulina (Pampelune), Spain 5-8 August
- Karma Migyur Ling Centre – Grenoble, France 10- 16 August
